Alliance for Aging Research - A National site focued on medical research and aging

Hartford Institute for Geriatric Nursing - Find policy and position papers focued on geriatric nursing

Home Care Compare - Medicare quality data for home health agencies

International Longevity Center - An international non-profit, nonpartisan research, policy, and education organization founded by Dr. Robert Butler. 

Kaiser State Health Facts - In 2007, LTC spending in MN was 45% of Medicaid costs (vs. 34% in US).  The Henry J. Kaiser Family Foundation provides health data by state.

LTCfocUS.org - State-by-state data on nursing home care in the United States.

Minnesota Compass - Wilder Foundation provides access to research and information that tracks and analyzes trends that affect the quality of life for Minnesota Citizens.

Minnesota Department of Health- Data on health statistics, directories of LTC providers, and rules and regulations.

Minnesota LTC Gaps Analysis - DHS assessment of capacity and gaps in services and housing needs to support older persons and persons with disabilities in Minnesota.

National Institute on Aging Demography Centers - the NIA sponsors thirteen aging centers on University campuses in the United States that support research in demography, economics and epidemiology of aging and to promote use of important datasets in the field

National Institute of Health - Senior Health Topics - A website that allows you to link to specific health issues of older adults. 

Nursing Home Compare- Medicare quality data for skilled nursing homes

Resource Center for Minority Aging Research - focuses on research that decreases the health disparities of minority elders

Transform 2010 - Developed by state agencies, this document describes the importance of preparing Minnesota for the coming age wave of baby boomers and the shift in the age of our state's population.
