2009 Minnesota County Long-term Care Gap Analysis Survey Executive summary with links to individual counties' gap analyses

2010 MetLife Study of Working Caregivers and Employer Health Care Costs.  This report reviews  the impact of caregiving on employer health care costs. Recommendations that may provide support to caregivers are included in the report.

2008 Minnesota Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance Survey Caregiving Module   A randomized telephone‐based survey designed to measure behavioral risk factors for the adult population that included a 13 question standardized CDC approved caregiving module.

 Federal Medical Leave Act

The Family and Medical Leave Act is outlined in the Federal statutes, Title 29, Code of Federal Regulation (CFR), Chapter V, Part 825.

The New Jersey Family Leave Act is outlined in the state statutes. New Jersey Stautes Annotated (NJSA) Title 34:11B-1 to 16.  New Jersey expands Federal FMLA to include in-laws, not just parents.
